Shaw Kelly (call 1997) will take on your brief personally where possible, and where not he will pass on your case to another ‘direct-access’ barrister if you so wish, Shaw acts as a sole-practitioner from ‘Boundary Barristers’ and the business address is at 7 Bell Yard where correspondence can be sent and received, or meetings in Conference arranged if a video conference is not preferred. If it’s outside his remit he will recommend a suitable and competent professional or expert.

Shaw operates on a ‘Fixed Fee’ basis, so you know for certain what you pay. Most Legal costs are, in the majority of cases and subject to what the court has to say on the matter, recoverable in any event against an offending party in the event a claim is successfully proven.
